Margaret Sullivan

Meg Sullivan runs the firm’s Pittsburgh office and represents employees across western Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on discrimination, harassment and medical leave cases.

Practice

Meg handles discrimination and harassment claims before the EEOC and the PHRC and in court, along with FMLA interference and retaliation cases. She has a particular focus on cases involving medical conditions and caregiving responsibilities, where employers too often confuse a difficult period in an employee’s life with an excuse to push them out.
