Helena R. Maison

Helena Maison founded the firm in 2011 after a decade defending employers at a Center City firm, where she learned exactly how the other side builds its cases. She opened her own practice to put that experience to work for the people on the other side of the table.

Practice

Helena handles wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination cases in state and federal court, along with the firm’s larger severance negotiations. She has tried cases to verdict in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and argues regularly before the EEOC and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
