Daniel Okafor leads the firm’s wage and hour practice. He has spent most of his career on overtime and misclassification cases, both for individual workers and as class and collective actions.
Practice
Daniel represents workers with unpaid overtime claims, off-the-clock work, tip-pool violations, misclassification as independent contractors or exempt employees, and final paycheck disputes under the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law. He has served as class counsel in collective actions involving warehouse, restaurant, delivery and home health workers.
